Come fulfill your cowboy dreams at our authentic working cattle ranch, not a dude ranch or the normal guest Ranch resort. So if you’re looking to go on head-to-tail trail rides, or are someone who enjoys having your entire day scripted for you, the 1+1 Ranch may not be the place for you!

We are an adults only ranch - must be 18 or older.

Guaranteed not to be lost in the crowd at our ranch, we only take 5 to 10 guests a week.

Daily Activities

Each day is a Cowboy adventure at the 1+1 Ranch. Being a real working ranch there will be several hours of horseback riding a day helping the cowboys with their jobs including working cattle, cattle drives, checking pastures, roping and sorting. The horses are bred, raised, and trained here in the Sandhills of Nebraska.

You’ll be teamed up with a gentle, well-schooled quarter horse that will be yours to ride as you complete the daily ranch work with the Rowses. After the morning chores and pasture checking is done if you like we will head to the arena in the afternoon for some roping lessons, team penning or additional horsemanship lessons . Jerry and Kyle are willing to share their years of ranch experience and cowboy knowledge, they have competed in the roping events at AQHA shows, Amateur and PRCA Rodeos and USTRC Team Ropings. Erin~Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2007 will be giving our additional horsemanship lessons, she is very good coach.
