Horse Buying Vacation: If you purchase a horse from the 1+1 Ranch during your
stay receive a 20% discount on your stay.

Reservation Policy:

A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required.

Reservations will be considered firm only when deposit has been received.

Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance will be refunded in full less $100 handling fee.

Deposits not returned may be applied to any stay within the following 12 months.

Payments by cash, personal check, traveler's check or money orders.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

No pets allowed.
